Organic Saison

Our first organic beer with purely organic Italian ingredients. Fruity and spicy. The esters produced by the yeast are reminiscent of citrus fruits, but also peach. The perception of hops is moderate and turns to floral. This organic saison is a light, soft beer with a persistent white head. The spicy notes are of pepper, with a slight note of coriander. Sparkling, dry and a slight sour note. Excellent to combine especially with: Pizza, meats and reds

Ingrediants: Water, organic barley malt, organic citrus peel, organic coriander, organic hops, organic yeast, organic sugar.
